Organization of Frontier Science and Innovation Kanazawa University

Prioritized Research Program

The organization consists of two departments: Research Department and Administration Department. The Research Department is an aggregate of groups of unique research programs that are given priority support status by the University (Strategic Research Promotion Programs). The Strategic Research Promotion Programs are divided into three groups: the Priority Research Programs, the Next Generation Priority Research Programs and the Policy Issues Response Type Research Programs.

These Strategic Research Promotion Programs are to be selected, in principle, internally, within the University, by open application.

Prioritized Research Program

status is given to a unique research program to which the University provides priority support, as part of our strategy to develop the University into a world-class research and education center. Currently there are 5 such programs in operation.
